Hi Guys, Arrived in Florida now ready for the 70.3 World Champs on saturday morning or late saturday night aussie time. I finished 6th at Noosa which was a little disappointing but I did feel super strong on the bike and run so hopefully that can translate into some good form for this weekend. Flew straight out on monday aussie time and arrived in Tampa on monday night Tampa time. Phillipe and Lisa who are friends of Craig Alexander's have been awesome and looking after us. We head to Clearwater this afternoon which is about 20mins away to get ready for the race. Paul/Barny/Spongey
