Geelong 70.3

Hi Everyone, soory been a bit slow on the blogging. been a busy boy!! race the geelong 70.3 on the 10th of feb and had a bit of a struggle. I led the swim out which I was very happy with and rode I think the best I've ridden over the 90km bike but struggled big time on the run from about the 8km mark which was disappointing considering my run has been my best leg. It was my first race in three months since Noosa so it was good to see where I was at. I know what I need to work on now. Going into a run block!!! haha. Not racing Luke Harrop, I don't think i'm ready to run that quick off the bike in a drafting race. Next race will be Mooloolaba. In the meantime I'm away in Melbourne, Canberra and Perth working for USM putting on the Weet Bix. Take Care Barny
