Hey Guys, Back in God's country now for another week and a half anyway. I head up to Noosa on wednesday for the big race then fly out the day after for 70.3 worlds in Florida so busy times coming up. Hi Guys, been a while since i've updated. been flat out from one side of the country to the other working for the weet bix kids. trying to fit some training in and the last tim i up dated i was sick. still not fully back to where i want to be yet after being sick. I raced at Mooloolaba 2 weeks ago in a draft race. I wasn't expecting too much since my swimming isn't back to where it should be yet. I think i finished 17th. ran well the second 5km on the run but haven't got the speed in my legs for drafting racing at the moment plus I'd worked from the thrusday for USM helping setting up the event so it wasn't too bad. I race in Noumea in 2 1/2 weeks to try to defend my title and then 2 weeks later off to the USA. So in the mean time just training and a bit of work. hopefully this cold snap and rain goes away for the next month!! barn

Struggling big time at the moment. Arrived back from Melbourne on Sunday night from the weet bix kids triathlon and I could already feel something coming on. Since then I've been hurting. I've lost 3kgs from yesterday which is not good. Haven't got that much to lose!! So my training has definetley been set back a few weeks now. Just got to try and get ready for Mooloolaba now.
